Wellzyme Digestive Enzymes provides the exact recommended daily level of Lactase 4500 FCC (per 3 capsules) which improves lactose digestion. For individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose, take 3-4 capsules with each lactose containing meal. Tolerance to lactose is variable. Directions:
