Today’s young adults have more to live up to than ever before, with busy social lives, late nights and early mornings, studying and sports to juggle. Ensuring a healthy, balanced diet is essential but it’s not always a priority in a hectic teenage lifestyle. Wellteen Him Plus has been developed especially for teenagers and young men aged 13-19 years, it provides a comprehensive range of vitamins, minerals, Co-Q10, botanical extract Lycopene, plus a high purity Omega-3 capsule. Omega 3 provides DHA which helps to maintain normal brain function and vision. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA.
Mental performance:
Wellteen Him Plus provides Omega-3 EPA/DHA capsules. High concentration Omega-3 fish oil provides DHA* (Docosahexaenoic acid) which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. Wellteen Him Plus tablets include zinc, iron and iodine which contribute to normal cognitive function, whilst pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance to help support concentration levels when studying. Directions:
One Tablet, Plus One Omega-3 Capsule Per Day With Your Main MealSwallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed.
Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach. There is no need to take an additional multivitamin.
