Oilatum Plus Bath Emollient 500ml
Oilatum Plus Bath Emollient 500ml
Oilatum Plus Bath Emollient helps treat eczema which is at risk of becoming infected.
It contains three main ingredients that work together to rehydrate dry skin and prevent infections: benzalkonium chloride, liquid paraffin and triclosan. Benzalkonium chloride and triclosan are antiseptics and help fight and prevent skin infections. Liquid paraffin is an emollient that rehydrates dry skin by helping it retain moisture. It replaces skin oils and forms a waterproof barrier on the skin surface preventing water loss. This moisturises and softens the skin underneath and prevents it from drying out.
Oilatum Plus Bath Emollient should be added to your bath water. You should soak in the bath water for 10 to 15 minutes and then gently pat your skin dry with a clean towel. The bath may become slippery when used.
You should not use this product undiluted directly onto your skin as it can cause skin reactions. Do not use soap with Oilatum Plus Bath Emollient as it will make it less effective.
