Fresubin Thickened Stage 2

Stage 2 (custard consistency)* oral nutritional.

Fresubin Thickened Stage 2 is a high protein, high energy 1.5kcal/ml, textured modified nutritional supplement drink for patients with dysphagia and disease related malnutrition.

Fresubin Thickened Stage 2 consists of protein (milk) vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and trace elements and is thickened to Stage 2 consistency as defined in National Descriptors for Texture Modification in Adults (2009) BDA/RCSLT

The dosage of Fresubin Thickened Stage 2 should be calculated by a clinician or dietitian according to individual requirements. As a guide: 3 x 200ml bottles per day will provide 60g protein, 900kcal and meets the average adult recommended daily requirements1 for vitamins, minerals and trace-elements2
