Pregaday 28 Tablets
Pregaday tablets are used to help prevent and treat low levels of iron and folic acid in the blood during pregnancy after the first thirteen weeks (After the First Trimester).
- For oral administration.
- For use by pregnant women.
- For use during the second and third trimester.
Directions of Use:
Dosage During Pregnancy:
Take one tablet daily after 13 weeks of pregnancy (After the First Trimester) or
- As directed by your Doctor – (who may consider prescribing this medication during the first trimester of pregnancy, if necessary).
Please note:
Pregaday is only licensed for use during pregnancy.
Cautions/Warnings:
Keep all medicines out of the reach of children as overdose may be fatal.
Do not store above 25°C.
Protect from light.
Ingredients:
Each tablet contains 322mg ferrous fumarate (equivalent to 100mg iron) and 0.35mg folic acid.
The other ingredients are maize starch, sodium lauryl sulphate, gelatine and liquid paraffin.
The ingredients in the tablet coat are methyl cellulose (E464), cellulose (E463), red iron oxide (E172), titanium dioxide (E171) and either propylene glycol or acetylated monoglycerides..
