Composed of 3 layers (an absorbent hydrocellular foam, a microperforated adhesive polyurethane interface and an outer film impermeable to water and bacteria), it creates a moist environment conducive to rapid healing of the wound.Its Silicone adhesive gel allows a painless and atraumatic removal of the dressing.
